Problem

    They originally used ceramic filter press to filtrate the gold ore. Unfortunately, it could not meet the requirement any more when the plant expanded in 2013. The gold ores were much more finely after crushing and grinding processes. The cake moisture was increased, up to over 15% with thickness of 2mm. The cake could not be piled.

Challenge

    The fineness was -400mesh. The required moisture must be less than 12%.

Result

    The customer selected CJXA high capacity filter press for the filtration. It worked perfectly in site with cake moisture less than 11%.
