    In 2019, the customer imported filter press abroad by bidding for filtration of copper tailings. Unfortunately, the cake moisture is too high from the initial operation with membranes damaged and steel plate deformed problems. The failure ratio is too high to perform normally, furthermore, greatly badly influence the production.

    On the contrary, the filter press of a domestic "copycat" works badly in site. It was only 40days from the operation, 150pcs of cloth for each filter press was damaged with a ratio beyond 50%. After improvement, the damage still existed. The customer had to replace cloth almost every other day. What’s more, the chain for trolley broke frequently. The operaton rate was greatly affected.
